Developed by FNSS, the Marine Assault Vehicle (MAV) delivered to Turkish Naval Forces in 2023 with different configurations such as personnel carrier and command control, equipped with the FNSSdesigned and manufactured ÇAKA Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS) Systems. The ÇAKA RCWS is power operated and armed with a 12.7 mm MG (.50 Cal) and a 40 mm AGL (Automatic Grenade Launcher).
The ÇAKA RCWS Family, provide significant tactical advantages with its; water resistance structure, light weight, better protection for the gunner, target acquisition, automatic target tracking, stabilisation, reliability, accuracy and increased usable volume inside the vehicle. The new member of the “ÇAKA RCWS” Family, ÇAKA 30/AT-O RCWS, has been designed and manufactured to withstand maritime conditions. The turret is equipped with the 30 mm automatic cannon, which provides high firepower, impressive performance, and low recoil.
The ÇAKA 30/AT-O turret also includes two ready-to-fire Long Range Anti-Tank Guided Missiles. The turret can be fitted with various anti-tank missile systems, supported with an on-board fire control system based on user requirements. This capability enables diversified threat engagements with an effective range beyond 4km’s.
Another member of the ÇAKA Turret Family, the ÇAKA AT-K configuration, will also be showcased at the FNSS stand at IDEF 2025. ÇAKA AT-K is equipped with the 12.7mm Machine Gun and two Short- Range Guided Anti-Tank Missile Systems. Both ÇAKA 30/AT-O and CAKA AT-K can be easily integrated into wheeled and tracked land vehicles, as well as light naval vessels like coast guard ships and assault boats, to meet the demand for lighter weight and greater firepower.
